Yes, many customers send our cards and homeware directly to the recipient. Add your message in the notes section at checkout, along with their delivery address. We will include a handwritten postcard.

Returns
If you'd like to return your item we must receive it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as being in it's original packaging.
To complete your return, please enclose detail of your order number and return the item to: 29a Glenfield Road, London, SW12 0HQ.
If you would like to exchange the item for something of the same value, please email us here.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
