Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. Please note delivery windows are estimated on Royal Mail guidelines and due to current strike action cannot be guaranteed, although we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. For up to date strike information please find out more here.

If you'd like to return your item we must receive it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as being in it's original packaging.
Refunds - Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund, if approved. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges - If you would like to exchange the item for something of the same value, please email us here.
Sale items / Gift Cards - Unfortunately sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, please enclose detail of your order number and return the item to: 29a Glenfield Road, London, SW12 0HQ. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note we only replace items if they are damaged.
